MENTALLY HEALTHY
We're here to improve mental health in THE creative, media and marketing INDUSTRIES.
If our COMMUNITY IS going to survive and thrive, we need people who have the capacity, tools and support to make it happen.
Mentally-Healthy is Never Not Creative's initiative to make mental health a standard part of how creative businesses operate—not an add-on or afterthought.
We work directly with individuals, agencies, studios and marketing teams to educate and develop systems, practices and cultures that support people's wellbeing alongside their work.
This means constantly improving our understanding of mental health through research and discussion, tackling the industry's structural issues like the always-on culture, unrealistic timelines, and toxic workplace habits.
Through published research and findings, workshops, resources, events and support groups, we help creative businesses become places where people can do their best work without burning out.
RESEARCH
Since 2018, we’ve conducted research into the mental wellbeing of our industry. Our Mentally-Healthy research (started in collaboration with Unltd and Everymind) was the first and largest of it’s kind in the Australian industry.
We continue to further our understanding of our industry’s relationship with mental health and how we can share learnings and experiences to help others. You can access our research reports below.
CIRCLES - SUPPORT GROUPS
