For MEN TO
CREATE BETTER
OPPORTUNITIES
FOR WOMEN
From part of the problem to part of the solution
White men in the creative, media and marketing industries significantly outnumber women in leadership positions.
This directly and indirectly puts women at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to pay, promotion, justice and opportunity.
At best, bias restricts opportunities. At worst, power is abused and the behaviour towards women is literally criminal.
Allies works with men to better understand and educate the principles, behaviours and language that can make a difference to the opportunities given to women in the industry.
The program has been updated and improved in 2024 in collaboration with Women's Health Victoria.

Action planning for change in your workplace and communities
Mix of online, self-paced learning, real-time face-to-face sessions & digital community
Minimum 6 week Commitment
This is a weekly commitment that you’ll need to factor in before you sign up. In order for the process to have a lasting benefit you need to make sure you can make the sessions and be open and honest in your reflections and feedback. “Over the countless conversations we’ve had with men, we realised many want to help but don’t know how - so we decided to create a safe space for men to learn the tools to listen and contribute to the fight for gender equality 365 days a year..”
