DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

This industry can be challenging enough without the biases, boys clubs and only hire your mates approaches to recruitment.

we’re shining a light on experiences and solutions to make this industry a more inclusive place to work.

We’re passionate about helping emerging creatives find their place in the creative industry.

Whether through , shadowing opportunities, paid internships, direct employment or starting your own business, we champion equal opportunities for all graduates, regardless of their background.

The creative industry is vast, with opportunities extending far beyond traditional design studios and advertising agencies. We're here to help you navigate all the possibilities and find your path.

NEVER NOT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

Every year International Women's Day comes and goes. Rather than go back to business as usual, we say it should Never Not be International Women’s Day.

Welcome to a mind-changing, bias-ridding, downright mutinous loop of ideas and musings from women in the creative and associated industries everywhere that will run 24/7/365 on a loop forever, or until...we don’t need to talk about it anymore.

HERE NOW

In our industry, career advancement is often propelled by who you know, how wealthy you are, where you live, and what school you went to. This system results in a ‘network gap’ that sees diverse talent, who perhaps don’t have established industry connections, working twice as hard to get their foot in the door.

Here, Now aims to address this lack of representation by tailoring an industry led mentorship course to junior - mid-level talent.  Because when we feel supported, represented, and seen, they’re set to create their best work.

The program will return in 2026.

ALLYSHIP

There’s no question that our industry is still dominated by the systems and people that favour opportunity for straight, white men.

We’re well aware of the biases that exist and so are helping men to better understand how they can play a more supportive role.

Never Not Creative were proud partners in the creation of the online course – Men as Allies. An educational resource to better understand how men can support women at work, in life and in our communities.

Participate in the course at your own pace.

A Never Not Creative program has been developed off the back of the course and can be facilitated for your team or company.
