Scarlett Montanaro is a Creative Director at Revolt, a purpose consultancy and activist agency. Previously from 18 Feet and Rising, the first agency in the UK to be awarded B Corp status, Scarlett has dedicated her career to proving creativity can change the world. On the side, she co-founded the social enterprise CRACK + CIDER, a shop that allows the public to buy essential items for the homeless which has since launched in London, New York and San Francisco. She's also a guest lecturer at University of the Arts London on the subject of Creativity for Good and blogs for The Huffington Post on topics including entrepreneurialism, homelessness and diversity in the advertising industry.
