Wez Hawes is Creative Partner at OUTSIDE IN, working directly with brands, CEOs, CMOs and founders to make world-class creative more accessible. He has held creative leadership roles at 72andSunny Sydney, Innocean Australia, CHEP Sydney, Marcel Sydney and BBH London, working with brands including Google, AFL, Hyundai, Kia, Samsung, IKEA and eBay. Wez is also co-creator of Fck The Cupcakes, an organisation that brings men into the gender-equality conversation, and co-founder of loveour.work, an initiative supporting higher editorial standards and positive change in the creative industry.
