Beyond Blue’s anxiety and depression checklist helps you self-assess your mental health

This checklist (the K10) on the Beyond Blue website helps measure your experiences of anxiety and depression.

Your answers and results are completely confidential and they don’t store any of your information. After taking the test, you can print the results for yourself or a health professional.

You can use the checklist for yourself, or to help a friend or employee. The results of the checklist aren’t a diagnosis, but you can use them to start a conversation with a health professional and to get some help. If your results show mild to high, don’t worry. Anxiety is common throughout many professionals in our industry. It’s also a common and good thing to go and get some help. You’d be surprised how many of us do.
