Trevor Hubbard

Trevor Hubbard is the founder and CEO of Butchershop® Global, a growth and transformation company that has offices in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Vienna, with strategic expansion plans for 2022 and 2023. His vision nurtures the flourishing company culture, keeps the company ahead of trends, adapting and inventing new business models, creating movements in culture and commerce and cultivating a global roster of high performing client partners. Trevor has created an ambitious agency culture built on clarity and transparency, impact and value, trust and empathy. In 2021, during the pandemic, Butchershop grew revenue by 60% with a goal of growing 120% in 2022. Over the last 20 years, Trevor has led teams and clients through hundreds of award-winning brand transformations, product launches, fundraises, GTM and marketing strategies, and IPO’s. Client partners range from early stage to late stage startups and Fortune 500 teams across all verticals.Trevor regularly contributes to the trades such as Entrepreneur, FastCompany, Forbes, AdAge, Adweek, and many more. He is often on stage at SXSW, ViennaUp, WebSummit, and other impactful conferences. Trevor is the creator of Beat Failure®, a mindset, methodology and system of tools to help companies gain maximum clarity and avoid possible failure points. Trevor lives in Fairfax, California just outside San Francisco with his fiancé Amanda and their two children. They enjoy traveling, designing homes, and skiing together. Trevor is a National Ski Patroller at Palisades Tahoe in the Winter season.
