Mentally-Healthy Change Group

I work at the intersection of behavioural science, psychosocial safety, and work design, helping organisations and individuals reduce burnout by addressing its systemic drivers: role overload, unclear decision-making, and misaligned work systems. I’m a behavioural insights and psychosocial safety consultant, with a background in somatic coaching and ongoing training in psychology. My work applies ISO 45003 psychosocial safety principles to real-world contexts — from product and service design to employee experience and leadership practice. Over the past eight years, I’ve led and advised projects across wellbeing, finance, sustainability, and digital platforms, translating behavioural research into measurable outcomes such as improved engagement, clearer user journeys, and faster time-to-value. Alongside organisational work, I maintain a small coaching practice (1–2 days/week). This depth work strengthens my pattern recognition, ethical judgement, and ability to design systems that support human nervous systems rather than override them. I’m based in Melbourne (open to hybrid/flexible roles) and currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, deepening my expertise in behavioural science, psychosocial risk, and workplace wellbeing.
