Eva Appelbaum

I began my career as a pioneer in the digital profession - I was Amnesty International’s first global digital director and later a digital transformation director at the BBC. Over the years I transitioned away from digital transformation to focus on how organisations make change happen through their people. I have a deep understanding of how organisations implement strategy through their people. I work with large, complex organisations and specialise in navigating people through change in an era of technological disruption. I adopt a facilitative and inclusive approach, ensuring a balance between narrative and engagement, as well as the integration of learning and actionable steps that drive change. In my consulting practice I am commercially driven, with strong business acumen. I have a proven track record of setting up new practices, intrapreneurship, developing new propositions and successfully winning new business. Since my days at Amnesty were we examined the intersection between technology and human rights, I have been a passionate advocate of Tech for Good and ethical, human centred approaches to disruptive innovation.
