Tarra van Amerongen

Tarra van Amerongen is a design leader with a deep understanding of client needs and design culture, and extensive experience in business and education. Her roles have included Strategic Design Director within the ANZ bank; Group Director within Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive; and currently, Managing Director ustwo Sydney. She leads teams from digital strategy and concept development, through to digital product development and launch. She is also passionate about teaching others the skills to incorporate design and innovation in their own context. Tarra’s educative roles include Innovation Course Developer and Instructor at the Australian Film Television and Radio School to bring design thinking skills and business model innovation to the arts and film. She teaches Innovation By Design as part of the MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Technology in Sydney.

Nonie Carr

Nonie Carr is a Counselling Psychologist and founder of Enhance Life Psychology. Her goal is to help others explore possibilities, dreams, talents they’ve noticed, and those skills they may dismiss. She works with clients to help them improve their well-being and performance and to boost their motivation to pursue goals. Her experience as an amateur athlete, assists her work with athletes and performers, adolescents and adults to improve their well-being and performance and boost their motivation to pursue goals. Her goal is to assist people to achieve clarity, to find new or different perspectives, and alternative ways to think, behave and approach situations. The result of this collaborative work is often improved performance, a new perspective, changed behaviour and more effective coping and discoveries about your possibilities.
