Alex Bec is the managing director and co-owner of the HudsonBec Group, which exists to enable creativity to thrive. The independent group includes media company It’s Nice That, creative agency Anyways, educational resource Lecture in Progress and creative recruitment platform If You Could Jobs. He has an unwavering passion for giving opportunity and exposure to the best talent in the creative industry, from established names to rising stars – all three businesses continually strive to support this desire. Alex has also worked as a Visiting Creative Director at Wolff Olins, been awarded a D&AD yellow pencil and a nomination for the prestigious Designs of the Year award at the Design Museum, for which Alex is also a member of the judging jury.
Tamara is a London-based humanistic psychotherapist, running a thriving online private practice. She serves on the Public Protection Committee of one of the industry’s two key governing bodies, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist Tamara had a very successful career in television, as an Emmy-winning and BAFTA-nominated producer and director. Tamara also became a Commissioning Editor at Channel Four. And to top it all off, Tamara is also a qualified lawyer.
